What type of access will I need for the equipment to be delivered?
Make way for the fun! Ensure there's at least a 1-meter clear path and refer to the measurements listed on the castle and soft play page for a seamless delivery. And hey, give us a heads-up about any stairs or obstructions — we'll handle it like pros!
I found a cheaper price elsewhere, can you price beat?
Sorry! We're not in the price beating game and like to keep it fair and square for everyone. Why are our prices a notch above the rest? Think of it like upgrading from economy to first class - you're not just getting a product, you're getting an experience! Plus, with us, you're fully insured! - adding an extra layer of fun, confidence & peace of mind to your booking - making your adventure worth the extra coin.
Are you insured?
Absolutely! We've got you covered with a whopping 20 million in public liability insurance. Need proof or require a copy for your party? Just drop us a line!
What happens if it rains?
Rainy days? We'll reschedule or refund your booking for safe, sunny fun! Jumping Ever After has a strict dry hire only policy and we do not operate jumping castles in the rain. In this instance, we reserve the right to cancel all outdoor hires due to the risk of any slip & fall incidents. We will contact you the day before your hire to confirm whether or not it is safe to proceed with your jumping castle booking. Once the jumping castle is installed, there will be no refunds. Please note: Jumping Ever After also reserves the right to cancel your jumping castle booking during periods of severe weather if the safety of your children is considered to be at risk. (e.g. heavy rain, strong winds, storm) should this happen, we will happily reschedule or reimburse any payments made.
Can I hire a jumping castle or soft play at the park?
Absolutely! If you want us to set up at a public reserve or park, make sure you've got the green light from the council and find out about any rules or fees. Keep in mind, some parks might not have power, but we can hook you up for an extra charge. Get in touch with us for all the details!
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Once you've placed a deposit to secure your booking, consider us your backstage crew! We're already working hard behind the scenes, tackling all the admin work + reserving the equipment exclusively for your event date. Please note that aside from wet weather cancellations, we can't offer refunds for cancelled bookings however, we're excited to provide you with a credit so you can dazzle with us another time!
Is a bond or deposit required for the booking?
To secure your booking, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. For soft play and overnight hires, we also ask for a $200 security bond. Don't sweat it—this bond will be returned to you upon pickup, provided the items are returned in their original condition—no damage, no dirt!
What are your hire periods?
We've got you covered with options! Choose your adventure time - a quick 4-hour dash, a full-day joyride (up to 7 hours), or go all-in with an overnight extravaganza! Just a heads-up: the fun wraps up at 6 pm, and any bookings past that turn into an unforgettable overnight experience!
Do you offer free delivery?
You can confirm if you are within our free delivery zone on our map: https://www.jumpingeverafter.com.au/delivery-map For suburbs outside of our map, delivery fees vary - please feel free to call us for an out of area delivery quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments need to be finalised by bank transfer, PayPal or Eftpos - 5 days prior to delivery day.
How much room do I need to have?
Give our equipment some space to shine with a 1-meter clearance all around. Since sizes vary, take a peek at the product dimensions for the specifics!
Is adult supervision required?
Yes! To keep the good times rolling safely, we need adult supervision at all times.
Do you sanitize your equipments?
All equipment is thoroughly sanitized before each use for safety.
