Yes - a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. For all overnight hires we require a $200 security bond. This bond will be returned you to upon pick up provided that the items are not damaged/dirty
Allow 1 meter clearance around each product's dimensions, which vary.
Why are our prices a notch above the rest? Think of it like upgrading from economy to first class - you're not just getting a product, you're getting an experience! Plus, with us, you're fully insured! - adding an extra layer of fun, confidence & peace of mind to your booking - making your adventure worth the extra coin.
Rainy days? We'll reschedule or refund your booking for safe, sunny fun! Jumping Ever After has a strict dry hire only policy and we do not operate jumping castles in the rain. In this instance, we reserve the right to cancel all outdoor hires due to the risk of any slip & fall incidents. We will contact you the day before your hire to confirm whether or not it is safe to proceed with your jumping castle booking. Once the jumping castle is installed, there will be no refunds. Please note: Jumping Ever After also reserves the right to cancel your jumping castle booking during periods of severe weather if the safety of your children is considered to be at risk. (e.g. heavy rain, strong winds, storm) should this happen, we will happily reschedule or reimburse any payments made.
