EQUIPMENT, RENT & TERMS OF RENTAL AGREEMENT:
The Lessee, hires from Jumping Ever After as Lessor, one jumping castle.

DELIVERY:
To the street address specified by Lessee (customer). Lessee grants lessor right to enter the property at the said address "Delivery Address" for the delivery and subsequent pick up of the jumping castle at the specified time.

SAFETY RULES TO BE FOLLOWED:
CHILDRENS' SAFETY DEPENDS UPON YOU. YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISON IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE OF THE JUMPING EVER AFTER INFLATABLE, THE SAFETY OF ALL PARTICIPANTS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

- Only appropriate age groups and size shall play on the jumping castle at the same time
- Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use
- Shoes must be removed before playing on the jumping castle
- Under no circumstances is climbing on the exterior of the inflatable allowed
- No sharp objects on or near the jumping castle
- To avoid neck and back injuries, flips are not permitted
- Absolutely no pets allowed on the inflatable
- No food, drinks, silly string or other sticky substances are permitted on the jumping castle.
- Do not remove the jumping castle from the place where it was installed.
- Entrance ramp of the inflatable is not to be bounced on
- In case of strong winds, rain or storm, ensure all children are out of the jumping castle and turn off motor.
- Do not allow children to play on the inflatable while it is deflated or being inflated
- The inflatable is reliable. Should it begin to deflate, have children exit the unit and check for disconnection. Under no circumstance should the lessee attempt to mechanically fix or change any components of the jumping castle or its accessories. If a problem does arise, contact 0432 522 255.

Note: If upon pick up, such cleaning is required OR damage is caused due to negligence then a $80.00 fee will be payable.

SAFE OPERATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
Lessee acknowledges that he/she has been instructed about and fully understands the safe operations of jumping castle that is the subject of this rental agreement. Lessee agrees to observe all safety precautions. Lessee also represents and warrants the safe return of the unit and hereby agrees to pay the full price on the hired items, if it's not returned.

MAINTENANCE:
Lessee agrees to keep the unit in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear expected.

ALTERATIONS AND ATTATCHMENTS:
No alterations in or attachments to the jumping castle are to be made without prior written approval of Lessor.

WARRANTY:
Lessor warrants that the jumping castle leased under this Rental Agreement will be in good working order on the effective date of the Rental Agreement. The unit is supplied and maintained subject to this warranty. Lessor's obligation under this Rental Agreement is limited to repair or replacement of the jumping castle when Lessor determines that it does not conform to this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied, this includes any and all obligations and liabilities on the part of the lessor for damages, including, but not limited to, consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the jumping castle.

TITLE TO:
Lessee agrees to keep the Jumping Ever After unit in his/her custody not to sublease, rent, sell remove from the delivery address, or otherwise transfer such jumping castle. The jumping castle will remain the property of the lessor and may be removed by the lessor at anytime after the termination of the Rental Agreement.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
The lessee shall be in charge of the jumping castle's operation, and is fully responsible for its operations as well as return of the jumping castle in good working order. Lessor and its officers, employees and agents is/are not responsible for injury occurring to the lessee or any other persons using the jumping castle, and the lessee further agrees to hold the lessor and its officers, employees and agents free and harmless against any injury or claims. The lessee shall indemnify the lessor and its officers, employees and agents from/against any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and for attorney's fees and related costs involving the use and return of the jumping castle, should legal action become necessary.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
The Rental Agreement constitutes the full agreement between Lessor and Lessee. Time is of the essence in this Rental Agreement. The receipt of the jumping castle that is the subject of this Rental Agreement is in good working order and the lessee acknowledges this.

RAIN POLICY:
Jumping Ever After does not operate the inflatable in the rain due to the risk of any incidents.In this instance, we will contact you on the day of hire to confirm whether or not it is raining in the area you wish to set up the castle and if you wish to proceed with your booking. Once the castle is installed, the rental agreement processed and the castle hire is payable in full & there will be no refunds.

As a safety precaution, if it begins to rain during your time of hire, Jumping Ever After advises to have all users exit, cease use and deflate the jumping castle to prevent any injuries. Users should only continue on the inflatable, once the rain has stopped completely and when the inflatable is dry.

In the event that you need to cancel your booking due to bad weather, Jumping Ever After will happily credit your deposit to use within 6 months provided that you have given at least 24 hours notice prior to your booking time and you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Aside from bad weather, a cancellation fee will be payable if less than 24 hours notice is given and deposit is non refundable.

Please note: Jumping Ever After reserves the right to cancel your booking during periods of severe weather if the safety of your children is considered to be at risk. (e.g. heavy rain, strong winds, storm) should this happen, we will happily reschedule or reimburse your deposit and give you a 10% discount towards your next booking.

DISCLAIMER:
Your children's safety is our priority. Jumping Ever After units are built with only the finest quality, heavy duty, reinforced vinyl, knotless netting and extra strength thread along with polypropylene and nylon reinforced webbings at the all important stress points.

They have been crafted for maximum durability & meet all standards of Australian Standard AS.3533.4.1.
