What hire periods do you have?
We have 4 hours, all day (7 hours) or overnight hires available. Please note: our latest finish time is 6pm.
What payment methods do you accept?
All jumping castle payments need to be made by cash or credit card on delivery - alternatively you can do a direct bank deposit or pay via credit card prior to your delivery day.
Is a deposit or bond required for the booking?
Yes - a $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your jumping castle booking. For all overnight hires we require a $100 bond. The bond will be returned you to upon pick up provided that the jumping castle or party equipments are not damaged.
What surfaces can we have the jumping castle set up on?
We can set up your jumping castle on grass, pavers or concrete (no gravel or stones). Please ensure you have a flat even surface and it is free from any rocks and sharp objects.
How much room do I need to have?
This all depends on the jumping castle you have chosen, please follow the "space required" guideline outlined on each jumping castle page - if you have the listed measurements, this will be ideal. Less may be acceptable depending on the surroundings.
What sort of access will I need for the jumping castle to be delivered?
Please allow at least 1-meter wide pathway to get to the set up point for the jumping castle & please advise us upon booking if there are any steps/obstructions on the access path.
Can I hire a jumping castle in parks or public places?
Yes. If you require us to set up in a public reserve or park you must have permission from the council & check if there are any requirements or fees. We can accommodate for the following occasions: backyard parties, birthdays, christenings, Christmas parties, corporate events, product or store launches, sporting events, school events, community events and many more! Please note: Some public parks may not have access to power. Jumping Ever After will happily provide a generator at an additional cost. For more information, please contact us.
Is adult supervision required for the jumping caste?
Yes. Adult supervision is required at all times while the jumping castle is in use. If required, we can also provide adult supervision at an additional cost, please contact us to discuss this further.
How do I avoid damages to the jumping castle?
Please avoid bringing any food, drinks, silly string, face paint, sharp objects or any sticky substances on the castles as these things could cause mess & damage. Please be very careful as you will be charged for any repairs or damage caused to the jumping castle. Please note: strictly no pets allowed on the jumping castles.
How long does it take to set up/deflate the jumping castle?
We aim to arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking time. Set up & deflation of your castle takes approximately 20 minutes each - this may vary, depending if the access is clear and the size of the jumping castle. This is done outside of your booking period, so you don’t lose any hire time.
What happens if it rains?
Jumping Ever After has a strict dry hire only policy and we do not operate jumping castles in the rain. In this instance, we reserve the right to cancel all outdoor hires due to the risk of any slip & fall incidents. We will contact you the day before your hire to confirm whether or not it is safe to proceed with your jumping castle booking. Once the jumping castle is installed, there will be no refunds. Please note: Jumping Ever After also reserves the right to cancel your jumping castle booking during periods of severe weather if the safety of your children is considered to be at risk. (e.g. heavy rain, strong winds, storm) should this happen, we will happily reschedule or reimburse your deposit.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
In the event that you need to cancel your booking for any reason aside from wet weather, your $30 booking fee will be forfeited.
What party equipments do you have for hire?
We have a variety of party extras available to add more excitement to your next event such as fairy floss machines, popcorn machines, hot dog machines, snow cones & slushy machines
What do prices include for party equipment hire?
For fairy floss & popcorn machines, prices include party equipment hire, set up, pick up and all ingredients and equipments needed for 100 servings. For slushy machines it includes party equipment hire, set up, pick up and all ingredients & equipments for 120 servings & 70 servings for our single bowl machine.

Do you have table & chair hires available?
Yes, we have white marquee chairs for just $1 each & white trestle tables at just $10 each and are suitable for all indoor or outdoor events, functions and festivals. Please note handling fees apply. If booked online, we will contact you to advise the handling costs. Alternatively, please feel free to call us to discuss this further.
